Rule 1.9. Service of Papers and Orders

Effective January 1, 2025

The parties must comply with Rule 5 of the Rules of Trial Procedure in serving papers and other pleadings on parties during the non-binding alternative dispute resolution process. The clerk must serve all orders, notices, and rulings under the procedure set forth in Trial Rule 72(D).
